We teach boys and girls ages 4-12. Located in Uptown New Orleans on historic St. Charles Ave. Christian Church, we provide an opportunity for children to develop mind & body through gymnastics and fitness classes.  We also teach at Sacred Heart, Ursuline Academy and McGehee.

We know that sports greatly increase a child's chances of performing well in school and participating in physical activities as they age.  We believe that determination and lots of fun in our classes can go a long way in helping your child develop a positive attitude and build their self esteem.   Children are encouraged to join the fun and experience the joy of movement.
